We also offer a wide choice of technical data, images, computer software for many catagories. All information and software is supplied on CD-Rom or DVD-Rom, all media and information is posted in protective mailer sleeves, all user guides and instructions are inluded if required on the CD-Rom or DVD-Rom. All information and Software does not come in Retail box or packaging. The Software and information is either Open source or GNU and does not breach any copyright laws, we offer support for any of our Software and information and we operate a high level of customer service most emails are responded within 2 hours and in any instance within 24 hours. DVDINFO Terms and Conditions of Sale The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you the consumer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect them. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We would advise you to print these terms & conditions of sale for your own reference, as they form part of the contract for the sale of goods between dvdinfo.co.uk and you the consumer. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order - Your order is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for despatch of goods, this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order if possible. Prices and Payment All goods are priced inclusive of VAT at the Applicable Rate, unless otherwise stated. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling. If your credit card company operates in a different currency, they will convert payment from UK pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate. Credit Card Security All card payments are taken via Paypal no details are passed on to us other then confirmation payment was successful. Paypal and operates 128bit SSL and is 100% Safe and secure. On entering our checkout you are only required to enter your name, billing address, and email when you submit this information it is sent encrypted to Paypal. Cooling-Off Period By law you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. The right to cancel does not include certain goods or services i.e. audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer or you have ordered something specially produced for you. You need to write to us at: DVDINFO Or e-mail us at cancellations@dvdinfo.org and inform us you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order and fill in our Returns RMA form, get a RMA number and return the item to us. We will refund your money less any delivery costs, All we ask is please take care of the goods, ensure all items are complete are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using a recorded delivery service or obtain proof of postage. All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 14 days from date of cancellation. Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty. 28 Day Satisfaction Guarentee In addition to the 7 day cooling period we have Extended your satisfaction to 28 days for returning a product, if for ANY reason you are not entirely satisfied or have changed your mind then you can return items to us for a full refund within the 28 days you have received your items. The conditions to this are that they are returned in perfect condition and with all accessories and packaging. You must also return the items at your cost and using a recorded method of postage or obtain proof of postage. Returned items that have any damages, scratches, missing items, torn packaging will not be accepted. Refunds will be given within 14 days and will be for the price paid for the item excluding postage. You must contact us prior to returning items and obtain an RMA number. Delivery We aim to deliver goods to you the same day your cleared payment is recieved if before 1pm, after 1pm your order will be despatched the following working day. If you purchase on a friday after 1pm then your order will be despatched on the following monday. Should you have placed the Order and agreed knowing the items are out of stock then you agree to the Waiting period of up to 28 Days for delivery. You also agree that Payment may be taken for your order as this may or may not be a special order on your behalf for items not held in stock.
Should you have any problems i.e. * If you do not receive your goods within 7 days. * You have items missing or your goods are damaged from delivery. Please contact us immediately at support@dvdinfo.org or Live support. If you do not contact us within 2 working days from date of receipt, we will assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We cannot entertain any claims for breakage or shortages after 2 working days have lapsed. You must therefore CHECK the goods within 2 days, and sign UN CHECKED if you havnt checked before signing for the parcel. The 2 DAYS notice starts from the date you have signed for your parcel. If we have not dispatched the goods within 28 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you. If Royal mail or our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for up to 3 working days, if the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If you order has been classed as a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs. The same applies if you provide in correct address details, if for example your address given on the paypal payment page is different in anyway and your item is returned to us, we will photograph and record for evidence the failed delivery attempt, you will then be notified and will be liable for costs of re delivery. We use established Couriers Royal Mail or Citylink. Unless otherwise stated (Always read the Product description as this will be mentioned on Second user goods or Clearance. IF returning a faulty product, it should be returned in its original packaging with any instruction sheets and accessories. Before returning any products please ensure that you obtain a Returns Reference Number(RMA). Also INCLUDE a Full description of the Fault you have found e.g. the software wont load on the computer or comes up with blank disc, before reporting and returning a fault however it is best to contact us first as we can give assistance. If however the products are not faulty we will Contact you. And you will be Liable for any Postage CHARGES incurred!!! To Return your item to you. It is advised that you contact support first to see if the problem can be resolved, if you feel that there is definetly a fault then proceed with the return. SO Remember to follow any instructions carefully and contact us first before Returning. NOTE! NO ITEMS Can be returned without RMA Number!!! Receipt of Damaged Products All deliveries MUST be inspected upon receipt. Any discrepancies with deliveries must be notified within 2 days. Any damaged goods MUST Be reported and an RMA Issued, as this REPORT is for Damaged on Arrival then we will hold the Courier RESPONSIBLE. This is a Process in which you must FULLY Co-operate. Required will be a Letter of confirmation that your goods were delivered damaged, You must sign for Goods UN CHECKED if you have not examined in front of the Courier. IF YOU ARE NOT Happy with the delivery you have every right to REFUSE the Parcel and state Reason for refusing order if it was Damaged on arrival. If however you have Signed for your goods and NOT Checked, then couriour states goods accepted and un damaged. (these rules apply especially with Citylink. This Claim process can take up to 14 Days in which you will be RE SENT your order. (In Most cases any Damaged items would be Resolved within 5 Days. We operate a policy of replacing any product returned under warranty providing the product has not been misused or deliberately damaged Business Customers Business customers can email us at trade@dvdinfo.org and ask for trade application. If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect) business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of any International laws & by laws. Returns All Returns must have an issued RMA number, accompanied by Returns RMA form (with all requested information clearly visible). Warranty on all items are RTB (Return to base), item/s must be returned at your cost unless item/s are faulty or sent to you in error (this is non-refundable). Please read Important notes on RMA form regarding the above terms. Return to: To return any goods to us, your first must fill in a RMA Returns form and we will supply you with a RMA No. Please ensure that you clearly label all goods for return with your Name, Account Number, RMA number And Order number. DVDINFO We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these Terms and Conditions. Please send goods back to us using recorded delivery or proof of posting with insurance, we can not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit or lost whilst returning to us. All postage insurance is required to cover the value of the items being returned. You are soley responsible for the return of all items returned to us. Privacy dvdinfo are aware that you the consumer are concerned as to what happens with personal information provided by you. We respect your privacy and treat all information as private and confidential, we only use information supplied by you for the purpose of internal accounts, delivery of goods, and for us to keep in contact with you from time to time regarding your order progress. We may also use this information for improving our quality of service and inform you of promotional deals we are offering from time to time.
